Olympic weightlifting is about training both muscles and movements. This overhead squat demonstrates the mobility, stability, and strength we build. Our programs are designed to make you potent not just in the gym, but for any challenge life throws at you.
It's not just about lifting, it's about understanding the feeling of a correct lift. We coach our members to feel "locked and loaded," engaging the entire body from the quadriceps to the glutes, turning a lift from a struggle into a powerful, natural movement.
Everyone starts with the basics. This is a glimpse into our Snatch Weekend workshop, where new lifters learn the fundamentals of Olympic Weightlifting using PVC pipes and empty barbells. We focus on mastering technique before adding weight, making the sport accessible to all.

We believe in starting them young and watching them grow. Here, a young athlete learns the fundamentals of the clean and jerk with proper form. Our CrossFit Kids program builds a foundation of fitness and confidence that lasts a lifetime.

How We Train
Fitness at Namma is about discipline and consistency. We believe the process matters more than the outcome. When you walk into any of our facilities in Vasanth Nagar, Jayanagar, RMV, or Whitefield, you will not find random workouts. We rely on science-backed periodization to ensure you are constantly adapting. If your technique is shaky, we slow it down. We drill the basics of the Snatch and Clean and Jerk until they are automatic.
