As a professional national weightlifter, I provide expert coaching in the snatch and clean & jerk. We start with the basics using PVC pipes and progress safely, making these technical lifts accessible to everyone.

We build athletes. Our plyometric and conditioning workouts include box jumps, sprints, hurdle drills, and sled pushes to improve your speed, agility, and explosive power for any sport or for life.

The Barbellhouse Experience: Group Training

Every day is different. We use a mix of kettlebells, ropes, dumbbells, and bodyweight movements in high-energy group sessions where the community supports and pushes you to be better.
