We love a good challenge. This was our single leg overhead squat challenge, a true test of mobility, stability, and strength, all in one movement.
About Additional Work
The pistol squat and single-leg overhead squat videos you see are not just about showing off. They are diagnostic tools. We use these movements to highlight exactly where your mobility is restricted and where your stability fails, giving us a roadmap to fix those weak points before they become injuries.
At Barbellhouse, we believe the biggest fight is 'You vs You'. While the big lifts get the glory, it is the dedicated skill work that builds a bulletproof athlete.
