If you are worried about jumping straight into heavy weight, don't be. We never start with heavy barbells; we begin with PVC pipes to drill your movement patterns and mobility. You will only touch a real competition-grade barbell once I know your form is solid, ensuring you build explosive power and speed rather than training with ego.

Building from the Ground Up

At Barbellhouse, we take a disciplined approach to Olympic weightlifting. You won't find anyone rushing to add plates here. My coaching philosophy is based on my own experience as a national-level lifter: perfection in the snatch and clean & jerk comes from mastering the basics.

We break down the technical lifts into manageable stages. You will learn the pull, the power position, and how to get under the bar effectively. Whether you are a total beginner or an athlete looking to improve your explosive output for sports like cricket or badminton, my goal is to get you comfortable with the movement.

The Barbellhouse Facility

Located in RR Nagar, our 5000 sq ft industrial warehouse is set up for serious training. We use Bullrock competition-grade equipment—the same gear used in actual championships. This isn't a commercial gym where you are left to figure it out alone. You get tactile cues, continuous form correction, and a group environment that pushes you to be better.

Why It Is 'You vs You'

Weightlifting is as mental as it is physical. Some days the bar feels heavy, and some days it feels light. I teach you to stay humble, keep your head down, and grind regardless of how you feel. We do heavy 1RM testing for deadlift, squat, and bench press periodically, but the real progress happens in the daily grind of the WOD (Workout of the Day).
