Our group classes are designed to be scalable for all fitness levels. Here, members use dumbbells for various exercises, from swings to presses, all in a synchronized, high energy environment.

This is functional bodybuilding. We use controlled movements with dumbbells and barbells to build muscle, improve stability, and create a strong, balanced physique.

Variety is key to keeping workouts effective and engaging. This session includes barbell overhead presses, dumbbell lunges, and good mornings to target different muscle groups.

Training is for the whole family. Our classes often see a mix of ages and abilities working side by side, from adults hitting heavy squats to kids learning proper form.

About The Barbellhouse Experience: Group Training

Our group sessions are not about following a video on a screen. Every 60-minute class is actively led by a coach, meaning you get constant form correction and tactile cues on your lifts, whether you are picking up a PVC pipe for the first time or loading up a Bullrock barbell. You train in a structured environment where we prioritize safe mechanics and consistent movement quality over ego lifting, ensuring every rep counts toward your personal best.

At Barbellhouse, we believe the biggest fight is 'You vs You.' We built this 5,000 sq. ft. industrial space in RR Nagar to provide a training environment that feels raw, real, and supportive.

  • Olympic Weightlifting Foundation: Because I am a national-level weightlifter, we integrate Olympic lifting techniques like the Snatch and Clean & Jerk into our group programming. We teach you to lift safely from day one.
  • Equipment: We use competition-grade Bullrock barbells and plates, turf tracks for sled pushes, and a variety of functional tools like kettlebells and climbing ropes.
  • Active Recovery: We don't just hammer you until you break. Our programming includes dedicated Thursdays for mobility, foam rolling, and active recovery to keep you injury-free.
