Strength Training and Performance Coaching
I focus on raw, functional strength and movement mechanics to help you build a body that actually performs, whether you are an athlete or just starting your fitness journey.
This is what real dedication looks like. My client Kamal started at 90kg and, through consistent general fitness training with me, dropped to 80kg in just six months. This kind of weight loss journey is possible with the right guidance and hard work.
I always say, if you think lifting is dangerous, try being weak. Here I am setting up for a deadlift, a core exercise for building total body strength. Proper form is everything, and it's the foundation of all my strength training programs.
The snatch is a difficult Olympic lift, but it's one of the best for developing explosive power. This video shows the full movement, from the floor to overhead. Mastering technical lifts like this is a game-changer for athletes.
Building a strong back is essential for lifelong health and athletic performance. This shot shows the result of consistent pull-up training and back workouts. We focus on developing this kind of functional muscle that supports you in everything you do.
For my combat sports athletes, specialized drills are key. This is a neck conditioning exercise using a resistance band, which is crucial for building the resilience needed in sports like wrestling, jiu-jitsu, and MMA to help prevent injuries.
This is our team. We're a mix of men and women, fighters and fitness enthusiasts, all working together. A strong community is just as important as a strong body, and you'll find that support here.
You don't always need a gym to get strong. This is me doing a shoulder press with a barbell during a home workout on my terrace. I can design effective personal training programs that you can do anywhere.
About Featured
I prioritize functional strength over fancy gym machines. We use fundamental movements like deadlifts, snatches, and squats because they build a base that lasts. Whether your goal is safe weight loss or gaining explosive power, I focus on correcting your form and building your confidence under the bar before we add heavy weight.
My training philosophy is straightforward: strength is safety. If you think weightlifting is dangerous, you have likely been training with the wrong approach or lack the mobility to move correctly. I run my sessions in raw, open-air training spaces in HSR Layout and near Electronic City, where we focus on what actually produces results. We do not use machines that isolate muscle groups in unnatural ways. Instead, we perform compound movements that require your whole body to work together.
For those looking to lose weight or build stamina, we incorporate metabolic conditioning. I have helped clients drop significant weight by focusing on consistency, nutrition awareness, and progressive overload, not on starvation diets or extreme, unsustainable cardio. My programming for combat athletes also includes specialized neck conditioning and grip strength, ensuring you are resilient on the mat or in the ring.
Whether you join my group strength classes or opt for one-on-one coaching, expect hands-on guidance. I watch every rep. We start with mobility work to prevent injury and move into technical lifts. This is a space for people who are serious about their progress and want to train with a team that values hard work, discipline, and consistent effort over ego.
