Strength and Conditioning Coaching at Barbellhouse
I don't just coach, I train alongside you. Every barbell, kettlebell, and rack at my RR Nagar facility is here because I use it daily to push my own limits. Let's build your strength, together.
The daily grind. Working on heavy deadlifts and squats is the foundation of my own training. It's about showing up and putting in the work.
A compilation of my own training, hitting the snatch, squat, and deadlift. I believe a coach must lead by example, pushing their own limits.
Balancing power and strength with Olympic lifts and heavy bench presses. This is the dedication I bring to my own training and to coaching my members.
Strength isn't confined to the gym. From ring push ups to outdoor rope climbs, I believe in building versatile, functional strength that you can use anywhere.
About Leading From The Front
You won't find us staring at phones or waiting for machines. When you train here, you follow the same intensity I demand from myself—whether it is heavy deadlifts or active recovery mobility work. My coaching is hands-on and tactile, which means I am correcting your form in real-time, not watching from across the gym.
My Approach to Strength
This is not a commercial fitness center. It is a 5,000 sq. ft. industrial warehouse focused on pure output, equipped with competition-grade Bullrock barbells and a turf track for functional work. My background as a national-level weightlifter defines everything we do here. It is always 'You vs You'—the biggest fight you will ever have.
How We Train
- Olympic Weightlifting: We teach the Snatch and Clean & Jerk from the ground up. Whether you are using a PVC pipe for form or moving real weight, you learn the mechanics safely before adding load.
- Compound Movements: The foundation of your strength is built on the big three: Squat, Deadlift, and Bench Press. We prioritize perfect form over ego lifting to ensure you progress without injury.
- Functional Power: We mix in plyometrics, sled pushes, and kettlebell work to ensure you are not just strong in the gym, but capable in real life.
The Barbellhouse Community
Training is better together. Our group sessions are high-energy—we cheer each other on, we challenge each other, and we put in the work. You will hear me say 'Banni, banni!' (Come, come!) because the only way to get stronger is to show up and start. We also respect the need for longevity, which is why we dedicate time to active recovery, mobility, and injury prevention techniques so you can stay consistent for the long run.
Barbellhouse
I started lifting at 22, and everything I know came from years of grinding through my own setbacks. I built Barbellhouse so you have a space where hard work is the only requirement, regardless of your starting point. Jai Hanuman.
