Our studio is built around the Burn Room. This is not your quiet, static gym floor. We use immersive lighting and high-energy music to keep the pace consistent. Every workout is a planned 55-minute session where you switch between life-fitness treadmills and floor-based strength work like kettlebells, dumbbells, and boxing drills. We designed this because we noticed most people hit a plateau when they just wander between machines.
