We do not believe in endless cues or generic gym workouts here. In our sessions, we break complex movements down into the basics before adding any intensity. If you are struggling with a squat or a snatch, we fix the foundational movement first, not just the weight on the bar. It is about moving well before moving fast, ensuring you build strength that actually translates to your daily life.

Our Approach to Functional Fitness

Once More CrossFit is not a conventional gym. Located in Hennur, our industrial warehouse space is built for performance, not vanity. We focus on functional movements—the kind that help you pick up bags, run for a bus, or simply feel more capable. Our programming includes a mix of weightlifting, gymnastics, and high-intensity cardio, all scaled to your current fitness level.

Coaching & Technique

Everything is coached from start to finish. We do not just put you on a treadmill and walk away. As a Level 3 Certified (CCFT) facility, our priority is technique over intensity. We utilize specific drills—like the Burgener warm-up for weightlifting—to correct movement patterns before we ever turn up the heat. If you are a beginner, our mandatory On-Ramp course ensures you understand the safety mechanics of squats, deadlifts, and Olympic lifts before joining the group sessions.

The Facility & Community

We are a non-AC, high-ceiling environment equipped with competition-spec gear, including Concept2 rowers and Assault AirBikes. While the gear is professional, the culture is informal. We are a community that loves food, organizes outdoor treks, and celebrates personal records together. Whether you are chasing a muscle-up or just trying to get through your first week of workouts, you will find a team that pushes you to show up, do the work, and grow.
