Yoga is better when we grow together. My group classes and partner yoga sessions are built for support, laughter, and creating a collective energy that keeps you showing up on your mat.

You rock, girls! This video celebrates the strong women in my classes, both indoors and in an open-air session. A woman who takes care of her health helps raise a fitter generation.

A look inside a group class at Swasthya Yoga Academy. We move together, breathe together, and support each other's practice. I offer free demo classes for anyone interested in joining our community.

A glimpse of today's ladies-only batch, focusing on forward bending to increase flexibility. The consistency and dedication of these women are truly inspiring.

Celebrating International Yoga Day with my students. Here we are practicing Ardha Matsyendrasana (Half Lord of the Fishes Pose) as part of the official yoga day protocol.

Students holding Vrikshasana (Tree Pose) during our International Yoga Day celebration. This balancing pose helps improve focus and concentration.

Students practicing Chakrasana (Wheel Pose) in a group setting. This advanced backbend opens the chest, stimulates the endocrine system, and builds confidence.

A fun moment from a partner yoga session. Working with a partner can help you engage your core more effectively and add an element of play to your practice.

About Community & Connection: Group Classes & Partner Yoga

Small groups of 8 to 12 students mean I can actually see your form and offer hands-on alignment corrections during the session. You aren't just following a flow here; we use Iyengar rope walls and props to make sure you are safe, while the shared energy of the class keeps you consistent and motivated in your practice.
