About Community & Connection: Group Classes & Partner Yoga
Small groups of 8 to 12 students mean I can actually see your form and offer hands-on alignment corrections during the session. You aren't just following a flow here; we use Iyengar rope walls and props to make sure you are safe, while the shared energy of the class keeps you consistent and motivated in your practice.
Why Group Yoga Works
Yoga can be a solitary practice, but there is a unique strength in moving with others. When we practice together at Swasthya Yoga Academy in Kaggadasapura, the collective focus makes it easier to stay committed. Whether we are moving through a Hatha Yoga stability sequence or a faster Vinyasa Flow, the shared rhythm creates a natural accountability that home practice often lacks.
The Power of Partner Yoga
I love introducing partner yoga because it breaks the ice and builds trust. It is not just about fun—working with a partner helps you engage your core more effectively and allows you to deepen stretches that are hard to do alone. We use this to introduce an element of play into the practice, making challenging asanas feel lighter and more achievable.
Supportive Environment for Women
I offer dedicated ladies-only batches to ensure a comfortable space for women to practice, share, and grow. These sessions are perfect if you are looking to improve flexibility, manage stress, or simply find a group of like-minded individuals to grow with. We focus on everything from forward-bending drills to advanced core work, always with an emphasis on listening to your body.
