Yoga is not about being perfect—it is about showing up for yourself. My practice at Mudra is a Hatha and Vinyasa blend built on patience, not pressure. Let's start your journey here. 🌿

Choosing a yoga instructor is a personal decision. This video outlines five key things to consider, from teaching style and qualifications to the energy of the class. I believe in being transparent so you can feel confident and safe as you begin your practice with me.

Welcome to Mudra Studio. I blend Hatha yoga's mindful holds with Vinyasa's flowing movements to help you build strength, stamina, and mental peace. This video gives you a glimpse into my teaching style and the holistic experience I aim to create in every class.

My role as a teacher is to see the potential in you that you might not see in yourself. I am here to guide and support you, not with force, but with trust, patience, and reassurance. We will work together to help you grow in your practice.

The best investment I ever made in myself was starting my yoga practice. It helped me manage anxiety, heal from past pain, and appreciate what my body is capable of. Most importantly, it showed me a path to help others on their own wellness journeys.

My mat is my space for reflection. Last week, it taught me gratitude for my body, the beauty of the small movements between poses, and the importance of focusing on my own journey. Yoga is about the experience you take with you off the mat.

My time training in Mysore was a pivotal part of my yoga journey. It was there that I learned to break through mental and physical barriers, deepening my own practice immeasurably. This experience profoundly shapes the way I teach and guide my students today.

Here's a little more about me. I started yoga for my own mental health and became a certified RYT200 Hatha Yoga instructor to share its benefits. For the last six years, I've been dedicated to helping people change their lives through holistic wellness and mindful movement.

About My Story & Approach

When we practice together, we do not just focus on the poses. We start by tuning into the breath and adjusting the flow to whatever your body needs that day—whether that is deep stretching for tight hips, back relief from long work hours, or just calming a busy mind. My approach is entirely about meeting you where you are, using simple props if you need them, and making sure you feel steady before we move deeper into the practice.
