A look at my practice where yoga, movement, and sound healing meet. Whether you are a beginner or looking to deepen your flow, join me for an inward journey.

My practice is a conversation between body and spirit. Here, in a moment of balance, I'm exploring the connection between physical strength and inner calm, finding stability in the Vira Bhadrasana III variation.

I use the resonance of sound to guide you into deep relaxation. This is a glimpse into a sound healing session from one of my retreats, where participants let go of stress and find stillness through vibrational therapy.

Wellness belongs everywhere, including the workplace. I was invited to lead a corporate chair yoga session at Yulu, showing the team how simple, mindful movements can relieve stress and reset energy, right at their desks.

My greatest teacher and my son. Moments like these remind me that yoga is not just about poses, but about connection, play, and sharing strength. Here, we practice a supported Urdhva Dhanurasana, or wheel pose, together.

Every posture is an inward journey. This is Astavakrasana, or Eight Angle Pose, a challenging arm balance that teaches us about exploring our limits with focus and breath. It's a physical expression of finding strength in unexpected places.

This is what a typical group class with me looks like. We move together, breathe together, and support each other's progress. My focus is on creating a welcoming space for everyone, whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner.

Finding stillness upside down, surrounded by the morning mist. This forearm stand, Pincha Mayurasana, practiced in nature, is a reminder to stay grounded even when the world is turned on its head.

My movement is shaped by yoga, martial arts, and the joy of being alive. This leap is more than just a jump; it's an expression of freedom and power that comes from a disciplined and consistent practice.

About Featured

My practice is not about perfectly executed acrobatics or achieving the final pose. When you step into my classes at Horamavu or Koramangala, we focus on listening to your body, whether that means adjusting your breath during static Hatha holds or finding release through sound healing. It is about steady, mindful movement that fits into your actual life, not just the studio.
