Mudra Rooftop Yoga Studio in Malleshwaram
Welcome to my rooftop sanctuary. This is more than just a studio—it is a space designed for us to breathe, reset, and grow together, away from the noise of the city.
This is the logo for Mudra, my rooftop yoga studio. It represents the balance of sun and moon, effort and ease, that we cultivate in our practice. I'm so excited to welcome you to this space.
My vision for Mudra is to be a holistic wellness studio, a space that brings people together to uplift their lives with movement, yoga, and meditation.
The mission of Mudra Studio is simple: to bring people to start or pursue their health and wellness journey with yoga. It's a space for everyone, no matter where you are on your path.
My vision is to create a unique community through the holistic wellness of movement and yoga. It's about connection, support, and shared growth.

About this collection
The rooftop studio in Malleshwaram is not a standard commercial gym. Because it is semi-open, you practice with natural ventilation and daylight, allowing the rhythm of the day to shape our movement. It is a quiet, safe corner where we focus on Hatha and Vinyasa styles without the competitive energy often found in larger, crowded spaces.
I built Mudra as a space for people to find peace in a busy city. When I started my own practice, I struggled with anxiety and could not touch my toes, so this studio is designed specifically for people who feel intimidated by the image of the 'perfect' yogi.
Located in Malleshwaram, our rooftop setting helps you disconnect from the daily grind. We avoid harsh lighting and mirrored walls. Instead, we use the natural breeze, plants, and open space to help you focus on your breath.
My teaching style blends Hatha and Vinyasa. We hold poses to build strength and stability, then flow to connect movement with the breath. Whether you are coming for personal 1-on-1 training or joining a small group batch, the focus is always on your body and your pace.
We are a community-first space. You will not find egos or pressure to perform advanced asanas here. We encourage you to show up as you are, whether you are dealing with tight hamstrings, back pain, or just looking for a mental break. I provide necessary props and hands-on adjustments to ensure your alignment is safe and effective.
If you are looking for a yoga studio in Bengaluru that values mental well-being alongside physical fitness, this is your place to start.
