Yoga saved me when I was struggling with anxiety, and I started out unable to even touch my toes. I teach because I want to help you find your own calm space, at your own pace, without pressure or judgment. My style is a practical blend of Hatha and Vinyasa, focusing on building strength and finding real calm.
