Mindful Hatha Yoga & Movement
Yoga shouldn't feel like a bootcamp. It is about slowing down, breathing, and finding a little more space in your day. Whether you are just starting or looking for a steady practice, I am here to guide you through movement that actually feels good.
Sometimes my 'busy' looks like this. It's me taking a moment to breathe deeper, quiet my mind, and just check in with myself. This is the core of my practice, a mindful movement flow designed to calm a racing heart and reconnect you to your body.
This is your official invitation to join my Sunrise Hatha Yoga classes. They are completely virtual, so you can join from anywhere. We keep the groups small to make sure everyone gets the attention they need.
I always say it is okay not to be perfect. This video is a reminder to be kind to yourself and allow yourself time to heal and grow. Here I am exploring a headstand variation, but the real work is in the breathing and self-acceptance.
My mat is my happy place, for real. This is me finding joy in a simple outdoor stretch. My classes are all about helping you find this feeling of happiness and freedom in your own body through mindful Hatha yoga practice.
A clean mat is a happy mat. Here is my quick DIY hack for a natural yoga mat cleaning solution you can make at home. All you need is white vinegar, water, and some rock salt to keep your practice space fresh.
Feeling strong and centered in Parivrtta Parsvakonasana, or the Revolved Side Angle Pose. This standing twist is amazing for building stability and detoxifying the body. It’s a pose we often explore in my classes to build foundational strength.
My first solo trip was all about this. Just me, the beach, and a good book. Taking time for yourself is a huge part of wellness, and my yoga practice is what gives me the energy and clarity to enjoy moments like these.

About Featured
Since I teach these sessions virtually, I keep my batch sizes small on purpose. It is not just about me demoing poses on screen; it is about me actually watching you to check your alignment and keeping you safe. You get real, live adjustments, not just a generic video you are forced to follow.
My approach to Hatha Yoga isn't about twisting into a pretzel or being perfect—it's about building a foundation that you can actually sustain.
Why my classes are different:
- No Drill Sergeant Vibes: I am not here to yell at you. We focus on mindful movement, using a blend of Hatha Yoga and basic Ayurvedic principles to help you feel stronger and more centered.
- Real-Time Feedback: Because I cap my batch sizes, I can see you on camera. I give verbal adjustments, answer questions, and help you modify postures if you have an injury or are just feeling stiff.
- Accessible to Everyone: Whether you are in Bangalore or anywhere else, you can join from your living room. No fancy studio gear needed—just a mat and a bit of space.
What we cover:
- The Morning Batch (MWF, 8 AM IST): These are 12 live monthly sessions. We spend 5 minutes centering, followed by joint mobility, Suryanamaskar, and standing or floor sequences. If you miss a day, I provide recordings valid for 48 hours so you don't fall behind.
- 1-on-1 Sessions: If you need something more specific—like rehab for an old injury, back pain relief, or just wanting to master a specific skill—we can set up a personalized plan with flexible timing.
This is a virtual community that is more soul food than bootcamp. If you want to move, breathe, and actually enjoy your workout, you will fit right in.
