This is what it feels like to join my online yoga classes. You get the flexibility to practice from home, receive individual attention and corrections, and get access to recordings so you never miss a session. It's all about making yoga work for your busy life.
About this collection
Most online classes feel like watching a pre-recorded video, but mine are genuinely interactive. I keep my batches small on purpose so I can see you on screen during our live Google Meet sessions, call you by name, and offer real-time form corrections just as I would if you were standing in my studio.
How My Online Classes Work
I treat my online batches just like my in-studio sessions. We focus on a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa, meaning you will experience both steady holds and flowing movements. Because I limit each batch to ensure I can see everyone on camera, I can provide verbal and visual cues to help you adjust your posture for safety and effectiveness.
Why Practice Online?
- Real-time interaction: It is not about perfect poses. It is about tuning into your body while I guide you through the breath and movement.
- Support for busy days: I know life gets chaotic. If you miss a live session, I provide class recordings so you can catch up or practice at your own pace.
- Beginner-friendly: If you are new to yoga or feeling stiff, you are in the right place. I provide modifications for every level, so you never feel out of your depth.
What You Need To Get Started
You do not need fancy equipment. Just find a quiet corner, clear some space on the floor, and keep a laptop or phone handy so I can see you. If you have a yoga mat, blocks, or a strap, that is great, but household items like towels or firm cushions often work just as well while you are starting out.
Whether you are looking for yoga for stress relief, better sleep, or just a bit of mindful movement in your day, these sessions are designed to help you build a consistent habit without the pressure of a gym environment.
