About this collection
My online sessions are not just about nailing a pose. We show up three days a week to work on the stiffness you carry from sitting all day and the emotions that get stuck in your hips and shoulders. It is high-accountability, real-talk yoga where we use breathwork and asana to actually move past what is blocking you. If you miss a class, do not stress, as you will always get the recording to practice at your own pace.
Yoga is a conversation between your body and your mind. Too many classes focus only on the aesthetic of a pose, but in my online batches, we do the opposite. We use Hatha and Ashtanga flows as tools to unlock what is physically and emotionally stagnant.
What to expect
We meet Mon-Wed-Fri at 6:30 PM IST. This is a space for consistency. You will need to keep your camera on, not because I am watching to judge, but because I need to see your form to keep you safe. We practice as a group, but the attention is on your individual alignment and needs.
The Methodology
We dive into somatic release. Whether it is PCOD, hormonal imbalances, or just the weight of a long week, we target those areas through specific breathwork and movement. Think of it as a physical detox for your nervous system. We work with yoga psychology and trauma-informed cues to help you understand what your body is actually saying.

I am not here to watch you stretch. I am here to help you build self-trust. If you have been feeling stuck, burnt out, or disconnected from your own body, this is the place to reconnect. No guilt, no shame, just work. You are welcome to show up exactly as you are.
