Practice from anywhere. Join my online batches for Hatha, somatic release, and real talk about your body and mind. No judgment, just growth.

Progress in yoga isn't just about mastering a pose. It's about becoming more mindful in daily life, developing a deeper connection with your body and breath, and becoming more sensitive to your own energy.

Did you know that a forward-tilting pelvis can make your lower tummy look bigger? This video explains the connection between tight hip muscles from sitting and your posture, and shows a few yoga poses like low lunge and half camel to help correct it.

Here's a quick energy-boosting sequence I call a "yogini's energy drink." It includes Bridge Pose and Wheel Pose to open the chest, countered with Shoulder Stand and Plough Pose to calm the nervous system.

A humorous and honest look at what meditation can really be like, even for a yoga teacher. The mind wanders to to-do lists and worries, but the practice is about gently bringing your focus back, without judgment.

An overview of my "Ease Into 2023" virtual retreat. This workshop was designed to help you detox from unhealthy mindsets and set goals that are truly aligned with yourself through yoga and breathwork.

The core concept of the "Ease Into 2023" retreat. It was a holistic approach to cultivate gratitude, self-connection, and inner peace to start the new year on the right foot.

Day 1 of the virtual retreat focused on 'Ahimsa' or compassion to self. We began with a practice of self-love, bringing awareness and acceptance to our bodies just as they are.

Day 2 was about 'Swadhyay' or self-introspection. This gentle practice was designed to help you connect with parts of yourself you might deny, understanding your fears and triggers without suppression.

Day 3 focused on 'Vairagya' or detachment. Through breathwork, chanting, and guided relaxation, we practiced detaching from our current reality to create a safe space for letting go.

Day 4 was dedicated to 'Aparigraha' or release. This was a dynamic practice with rhythmic movements and breathwork to help release emotional pain, anger, and fear.

About Join Our Online Community

My online sessions are not just about nailing a pose. We show up three days a week to work on the stiffness you carry from sitting all day and the emotions that get stuck in your hips and shoulders. It is high-accountability, real-talk yoga where we use breathwork and asana to actually move past what is blocking you. If you miss a class, do not stress, as you will always get the recording to practice at your own pace.
