About My In-Studio Group Classes
Unlike packed fitness centers, I cap every session at 12 students. This ensures you get proper attention, hands-on posture corrections, and a genuine sense of community where you are known by your name, not just as a face on a mat.
What to Expect
My rooftop studio in Malleshwaram is a semi-open, natural-ventilation sanctuary. It is not an AC-cooled gym. We practice a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa, moving from steady holds to flowing sequences that help you build strength, flexibility, and mental calm.
Why Practice Here?
- Real Hands-on Corrections: Because the batches are small, I can walk around and adjust your form, helping you deepen your poses safely.
- Community Vibes: You will be practicing with regulars who value consistency. It makes showing up on the days you feel tired much easier.
- No Ego Zone: Whether you can touch your toes or not, you belong here. We use props like wooden blocks and straps to make the practice accessible to everyone.
Practical Details
We provide the studio props, but I ask that you bring your own mat for hygiene. Classes are structured with breathing (pranayama), a warm-up, the main flow, and a long cool-down to leave you feeling balanced, not drained. If you are looking for yoga in Malleshwaram that prioritizes your wellness over fancy poses, you have found your spot.
