Conditioning workouts are a crucial part of our training. Here at our Rohini Sector 7 location, students work on their reaction time and striking defense in partner drills.

About The Daily Grind: Group Training Sessions
We don't believe in standing in rows and punching air. In our sessions, you will be paired up for technical drills—like Dutch drilling or pad work—so you learn how to manage your distance, hold a guard, and react to a real partner. You will sweat and get tired, but you will walk away understanding how your body moves in a real fight.
Our group classes are designed for those who want tangible results, not just a standard workout. We combine the technical precision of boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai with the functional strength training required for combat. When you train at our Rohini or Vikaspuri studios, you aren't just following a routine; you are learning the language of a fighter.
The structure of our classes is intentional. We start with conditioning—tyre flips, rope climbs, or high-volume burpees—to build your engine. Then, we move to the core of our training: technical drills. Whether it is mastering your jab-cross combination or defensive slips, you will work with partners. This is non-negotiable. Combat sports are about reaction and management, and you cannot learn that by training alone.
We keep the environment raw. There are no fancy machines or air conditioning to distract you. It is just you, the heavy bags, and the team.
