The grind never stops. This is a glimpse into our footwork and shadow boxing drills, where we perfect movement and technique before the gloves even go on.

Whether you want to learn MMA, boxing, kickboxing, or self-defense, our classes cover it all. We start with dynamic warmups and move into technical sparring and cool-down stretches.

From your first day to advanced sparring, we have a program for you. Our group sessions include a mix of men and women learning striking and pad work in a supportive environment.

Our complete MMA program covers all aspects of combat. We focus on boxing techniques, strength and conditioning like rope climbs, and mastering defensive moves in live sparring.

Conditioning workouts are a crucial part of our training. Here at our Rohini Sector 7 location, students work on their reaction time and striking defense in partner drills.

About The Daily Grind: Group Training Sessions

We don't believe in standing in rows and punching air. In our sessions, you will be paired up for technical drills—like Dutch drilling or pad work—so you learn how to manage your distance, hold a guard, and react to a real partner. You will sweat and get tired, but you will walk away understanding how your body moves in a real fight.
