Raw Power: Functional Combat Conditioning in Delhi
Forget the treadmill. At Sanshinkan MMA FitZone, we train for real-world strength using battle ropes, tyres, and high-intensity combat drills that push you to your limit.
Explosive workouts are key to developing knockout power. We use barbell exercises to build the full-body strength needed for powerful, fight-ending strikes.
Our membership includes comprehensive fitness training. We focus on building a strong foundation with cardio, CrossFit, and weight training to support your martial arts skills.
Battle ropes are a staple in our conditioning workouts. They build incredible upper body endurance and core strength, essential for maintaining power throughout a fight.
Rope climbing is a true test of grip strength and upper body power. We guide our students, whether they are beginners or advanced, to master this challenging functional exercise.
Strength has no age limit. Our youngest warriors build power and coordination with exercises like battle ropes and bag work, setting a foundation for a healthy, active life.
Consistency is the key to building real strength. Every session, from bag work to bodyweight exercises, is a step towards achieving your fitness and combat goals.
We focus on high-intensity training that blends combat drills with strength exercises. This approach ensures you are not just fit, but truly ready for a fight.
About Raw Power: No Machines, Just Results
This isn't a place to watch TV while walking on a treadmill. Every session uses heavy battle ropes, recycled tractor tyres, and functional combat drills to build the kind of explosive power that translates to real movement. You will sweat, you will get tired, and you will see your body change because we focus on the hard work that builds a fighter.
We stripped away the distractions to focus on what actually makes you a fighter. Our training floor in Vikaspuri and Rohini is designed for intensity, not comfort. When you grab our heavy manila battle ropes or flip our tractor tyres, you are performing movements that build grip, core, and explosive power simultaneously.
The Training Philosophy
Whether you are preparing for an MMA competition or simply want to drop weight, the principles remain the same. We prioritize functional strength like kettlebell swings, rope climbs, and partner padwork over gym-floor gimmicks. If a move doesn't make you stronger, faster, or more resilient, we don't do it.
The Environment
Our facility is non-AC by design. It gets hot, the work gets heavy, and the atmosphere is loud. You will hear us shouting, "Arre maar usko! Guard up!" because we treat every conditioning drill like a live combat situation. This isn't just about weight loss; it is about mental resilience. You are learning to push past the wall when your muscles want to quit.
Who This Is For
Beginners train alongside experienced fighters. You do not need to be fit to start; you just need to be willing to show up. Our quarterly programs are structured to ensure you get consistent coaching, form correction on your lifts, and enough partner drilling to keep the workouts unpredictable and effective. We don't have fancy machines because the only equipment that matters is your own dedication.
