About Kids Martial Arts
What We’re Really About
At Sanshinkan MMA FitZone, I don’t just teach kids how to punch and kick. It’s more about helping them find their confidence, build real discipline, and get strong - physically and mentally. I always say, “Discover the warrior in you,” because for kids, it’s not about aggression. It’s about learning how to stand their ground and respect others.
What Happens in Class
- For kids 4 and up, I mix classic karate basics like kicks, blocks, and kata with fun fitness drills - think rope climbs, tyre flips, agility ladders, and fast-paced games.
- We’ve got dedicated sparring days, but safety is a top priority. Full protective gear, always.
- I focus a lot on kids self defense classes. I keep telling my bachche, “yeh maarne ke liye nahi hai” (this isn’t for hurting each other) - it’s to protect themselves, not start fights.
- Fitness isn’t boring here. They get stronger without even realizing it, because most of the time, they’re just having fun.
More Than Just Moves
What I’m proudest of? Seeing kids learn respect and focus. The asli (real) win is when a child shows courage, sticks with it, and bows with genuine respect. That’s what martial arts for confidence building is all about.
Progress and Achievements
Kids start at White Belt, and as they train, they work their way up through our martial arts belt grading for children. Regular tests keep them motivated, and the look on their faces when they earn a new belt is priceless. If they’re up for it, they can compete in championships too - nothing beats seeing them win medals.
The Vibe
Our dojo is safe, friendly, and supportive. The training gets tough, but I’m always right there to guide them. Both boys and girls feel welcome, and we make sure it’s all done with respect.

My Story
People see fighters and think—aggression, right? Nah. At Sanshinkan MMA FitZone, it’s all about respect and discipline, whether you’re a kid nervously tying your belt or a woman learning to throw her first punch. Medals from Ajmer to Delhi, sure, that’s nice, but teaching self-defense to NGO kids? That’s real victory. We’re a squad, a family. ‘Discover the warrior in you’—everyone’s welcome, no airs.
