If you are worried about keeping up, don't be. In every session, I keep a close eye on everyone, whether you are on the Zoom screen or right in front of me in the studio. You don't need fancy equipment—we use bodyweight and the space around you to build stamina, and I personally correct your posture to make sure you are moving safely.
