About In The Spotlight: Events & Media Features
Whether I am on national TV like Bharat 24 or conducting a session at a local school, I use the same approach: keep it simple and fun. I strip away the 'gym-scare' and show you that movement is natural, whether you are a student, a working professional, or a homemaker.
I believe that fitness is a 'jeevan daan' (gift of life), and it should not be confined to a four-walled studio. My approach to health is about community and connection, which is why I am always excited to step out for workshops, guest appearances, and media events.
From demonstrating simple Tadasana on national news channels like Bharat 24 to leading Dandiya Night celebrations and yoga workshops at institutions like DPS and Narayana e-Techno School, my goal is consistent: to make health accessible. When I visit schools or colleges, I don't lecture on heavy science. I talk to students about managing exam stress through fun, light yoga. When I am at community events, I focus on how simple movements can reverse chronic pain like cervical issues or back aches.
Why I do these events:
- Breaking Myths: Many think yoga is boring or only for seniors. I show them it is high-energy and fun.
- Real-time Correction: Even in group settings, I keep my eyes on everyone, ensuring form is right to prevent injury.
- Accessible Health: My sessions are designed for all ages, from children dealing with academic pressure to women managing household stress.
Whether you are looking to host a corporate wellness day, a school fitness camp, or a special health workshop, I bring the same passion and energy that I do in my private classes. My sessions are not about complex postures, they are about finding a rhythm that works for your body.
