Daily live workouts are fun, never boring - HIIT, aerobics, yoga, toning, pilates, all mixed up so you don’t get fed up. Diet? Ghar ka khana (homemade food) like daliya, khichdi, and easy tweaks for festivals. No starving, just smarter eating.
Accountability & Support
I keep it strict on daily weight checks. Every day, you’re monitored and motivated - sometimes with a little डांट (scolding) if needed. If you don’t follow, I’ll know!
