Mithaas isn’t just a name for me - it’s a feeling, yaani ki (meaning) a bit of maa ka pyaar, that old-school warmth from family get-togethers, and some royal nostalgia from Jodhpur’s darbārs. I put a piece of my story in every dessert, making each one a proper mithaas bhara tohfa.
I only do 100% eggless gourmet cakes and treats. My Royal Collection has those rich Indian chocolate truffles (think Belgian chocolate, Afghani dates, rose petals, and sometimes even a hint of gold). For something lighter, you’ll find cakes in tins, gooey brownies, choco-chip cookies, and tarts loaded with seasonal berries or chocolate mousse.
If you’re into health, my Protein De Luxe line is all sugar-free, plant-based, and diabetic/PCOS-friendly. No refined sugar, no nakhra (fuss).
On the drinks side, I make artisanal thandai beverage during festivals, loaded with dry fruits and handpicked almonds.
I never compromise on quality. I pick every nut, every fruit myself - almonds, pistachios, Belgian chocolate, cocoa butter, even gold foil for that royal touch. Everything is made fresh and by hand, so you can taste the difference.
