Maffei Kitchen is my way of bringing the Mediterranean to Bangalore. From my start in the spice markets to the plates we serve in our Koramangala and Vasanth Nagar spaces, I focus on the balance of traditional recipes and fresh ingredients.

Our menu moves through Lebanon, Morocco, and Greece. You will find staples like creamy hummus, crispy falafel, and slow-cooked lamb shank that requires hours of preparation. We do not rush the process because flavor takes time.
