My Story

I’m Chef Ammar Molki, and Maffei Kitchen is my dream brought to life right here in Bangalore. I grew up loving the wild, rich flavors from home - you’ll find me happiest in a spice market, picking stories with every pinch. Maffei isn’t just a restaurant, it’s a slice of my Mediterranean heart. Awards are nice, but seeing you sip Turkish coffee or break baklava with friends? That’s what matters. We’re here to make memories, one table at a time.
