We take care to apply our toppings—like the fragrant za'atar or savory minced lamb—in precise layers, ensuring the bread remains crisp and structurally sound even as you enjoy it with our dips.
In our kitchen, the oven is the heart of the experience. Every batch of pita begins with the quality of our flour and a resting time that allows the dough to develop its signature texture. When you order our Manakeesh, you are choosing from a tradition that spans generations. We offer several variations, from the classic blend of za'atar and olive oil to our creamy Labneh with herbs or the heartier Spiced Minced Lamb, which is a favorite for those wanting a substantial bite.
Because we bake to order, you will notice the difference in temperature and texture compared to mass-produced flatbreads.
