Self-Defense and Anti-Bullying Training for Kids
Martial arts is about more than punches. We teach kids to stand tall, set boundaries, and walk with confidence. Through focused drills, I help children handle challenges on their own terms.
Building a foundation of fitness and focus. Our kids' classes include agility drills, assisted wheelbarrow walks for strength, and basic boxing to instill discipline from a young age.
The next generation of warriors. I teach kids the proper fighting stance and how to make a fist, giving them the confidence to stand tall.

Even the youngest students learn to strike with confidence. Here, a child practices her punches during our self-defense summer camp.
Teaching a young girl how to execute a powerful kick. Our goal is to make every child feel strong and capable of defending themselves.
It's never too early to learn. A toddler in our playschool program practices her punches on a focus mitt, making learning self-defense fun and engaging.
This little champion is learning how to deliver a strong kick. We build coordination and confidence through playful and structured martial arts drills.

About Building Young Warriors: Kids & Anti-Bullying
This program is not about teaching kids to fight. It is about spatial awareness and boundary setting. We start with simple movement drills, focus games, and stance training that teach a child to hold their ground. When they understand their own strength and how to command their space, they stop being easy targets for bullies.
Building Young Warriors
I run these sessions to build lions, not prey. Whether it is our workshops in local schools across Greater Noida or the daily batches at our academy, the goal remains the same: to make children self-reliant.
Why This Matters
Bullying is a reality, and pretending it doesn't exist won't help your child. We teach children to:
- Recognize Threats: We cover situational awareness and 'Good Touch Bad Touch' modules to ensure they can identify danger.
- Set Boundaries: They learn to vocalize and stand their ground before a situation gets physical.
- Develop Physical Confidence: Through agility ladders, coordination drills, and basic boxing stances, they gain the body control needed to defend themselves if it becomes necessary.
The Training Approach
We move away from rigid, boring routines. Sessions for kids are 45 to 60 minutes long, kept fast-paced to match their energy. We use role-play scenarios to simulate real-world conflicts, teaching them how to escape a grab or walk away from a hostile situation with their head held high.
Real Results
I have seen timid kids walk into my akhada and leave with a different posture after just a few weeks. It is about the discipline of the mat. We train barefoot on professional puzzle mats, ensuring safety while they learn the basics of kickboxing and jiu-jitsu movements tailored for growing bodies.
If you want your child to learn how to stand up for themselves and others, bring them to the mat. It is hard work, but it is the best investment you can make in their future.
Maafai
I started MAAFAI because I see too many kids doubting themselves. Whether it is tackling bullying or just building physical strength, I guide them to find their own power. My classes are simple, raw, and focused on real results.
