We don't just talk theory in these workshops. In a 90 to 120-minute session, I bring a demo partner to your location, and we run through the same high-pressure drills I teach in my personal training—handling grip escapes, managing chokeholds, and identifying threats in crowded spaces. You won't just watch; you'll get on the floor and practice the muscle memory needed to stay safe.
