A collection of my approach to strength, recovery, and mindful movement at my home studio in DLF Phase 4.

This is a glimpse into my 3x3x3 Pilates method, a smart and effective way to build strength without spending hours in the gym. Here, I am demonstrating a push-up to kickback, a squat pulse, and lateral lunges using light dumbbells. This approach focuses on controlled movements to tone the entire body, perfect for building lean, functional muscle.

Healing after a C-section begins with gentleness and deep connection. This supported restorative pose is fundamental to my postpartum recovery program. With pillows for support and hands on the belly, we encourage deep diaphragmatic breathing to gently engage the core, soothe scar tension, and create a safe space for the body to heal.

I believe in the wisdom of our roots, which is why I created my Desi Yoga series. This video shows asanas inspired by traditional chores like churning buttermilk and hay thrashing. These movements are incredibly effective for trimming the waistline and burning calories by engaging the core and upper body in a dynamic, twisting motion.

Fitness should be joyful. My feel-good Dance Aerobics class is a perfect example of a low impact strength workout that doesn't feel like work. We move to high-energy Bollywood hits, combining cardio and simple choreography for a session that is pure fun and an amazing way to sweat and smile.

True strength is a balance of power and grace. In this revolved triangle pose, you can see the result of consistent core work, which is the foundation of my teaching. A strong core supports your spine, improves posture, and allows for deeper, more stable movements in your daily life.

For my brides-to-be, I design workouts that build confidence and strength for their special day. This short routine uses light dumbbells for bicep raises, shoulder presses, and punches. These simple, effective movements help tone the upper body, ensuring you feel powerful and poised.

The connection I build with my clients is the most important part of my practice. Hearing that I can help someone come back home to their own self is the greatest reward. My goal is not just to instruct, but to heal and hold space for your transformation.

About this collection

I don't train just for the mirror. Whether we are using my 3x3x3 Pilates method or focusing on postpartum recovery, my goal is to build a body that feels steady and capable. At my DLF Phase 4 studio, we use props as bridges, not cheats, to help you find 'Sthira Sukham Asanam'—steadiness and ease—in every movement.

My Approach: Strong Over Skinny

Fitness should be an extension of your life, not a chore that feels like punishment. My training isn't about chasing perfection; it is about building a body that handles whatever daily life throws at you. Whether you are a beginner or a pro, we focus on the core as your power source to improve posture and real-world strength.

How We Train

  • The 3x3x3 Pilates Method: This is my signature way to build strength without spending hours in a gym. It involves 3 moves, 3 rounds, 3 times a week. We keep it focused, effective, and efficient.
  • Desi Yoga: I connect modern fitness with the wisdom of our ancestors. These movements are inspired by daily household chores, which naturally help with waistline trimming, hip mobility, and spinal strength.
  • Healing & Recovery: My programs for new mothers, particularly after a C-section, prioritize safety and deep core engagement. We use supported stretches and breathing to heal scar tension and restore confidence.

The Studio Experience

My home studio in DLF Phase 4 is designed for focus. It is an air-conditioned, intimate space equipped with wooden laminate floors and soft turf zones. I limit batch sizes to 8-12 participants, ensuring I can personally oversee your form and guide your progress. Whether you choose our group classes or 1-on-1 personal training, you will find a community that celebrates consistency over intensity.
