Why my studio is different
My space in Delhi is set up for focus and comfort, but most importantly, for joy. You might see us using stability balls or specialized wooden Pulley Towers, but the real work happens in the connection between your breath and your movement. We work with everyone from absolute beginners to those recovering from injuries, and age is never a barrier here.
