About this collection
For those just starting, the most common question is whether you need to be flexible or 'in shape' before joining. The answer is simple: you don't start to get fit; you join to build a steady, sustainable practice. Whether it’s post-natal recovery or just managing daily stiffness, our community thrives because we prioritize consistency over perfection—showing up is the hardest and most important part.
Building a space where you feel comfortable is just as important as the workout itself. Over the last 17 years in DLF Phase 4, I’ve seen that true transformation doesn't come from intense, short-term fitness regimes. It comes from 'Sthira Sukham Asanam'—the ability to find steadiness and ease in your body and mind, even on the days you don't feel like practicing.
Our community isn't just a gym membership. It’s a group of people at different stages of life—some recovering after pregnancy, some training for their wedding day, and others simply looking to manage stress through Hatha, Vinyasa, and core functional training.

My group batches are kept small (8-12 participants) specifically so I can pay attention to your alignment and form.
