I’ll never forget when Ruby joined us. In just seven classes, we saw her blood sugar levels improve dramatically, and she felt a huge change in her body and posture. Her story is a powerful reminder that Pilates is like medicine; it’s a slow, mindful practice that can bring incredible healing and strength, especially for those managing health conditions like diabetes or going through menopause.

This is what I love most about my work: being right there with you, guiding you through each movement. It’s not just about the exercise; it’s about making sure you feel supported and your form is correct so you get the most out of every session. This is my wellness mantra in action.

Anju came to us at 57 with a frozen shoulder and leg pain, feeling unsure if she could do the exercises. Watching her transform and become flexible and pain-free is why I started Aura Pilates. Her journey shows that with the right guidance and belief in yourself, you can heal your body and overcome pain at any age.

So many of our mothers and grandmothers suffer from osteoporosis, and it's something I care deeply about. I created these simple, low-impact exercises to help build bone density and strength. It’s about making daily movements easier and safer, and I believe these routines can make a real difference.
