I’ll never forget when Ruby joined us. In just seven classes, we saw her blood sugar levels improve dramatically, and she felt a huge change in her body and posture. Anju came to us at 57 with a frozen shoulder and leg pain, feeling unsure if she could do the exercises. Watching her transform and become flexible and pain-free is why I started Aura Pilates. So many of our mothers and grandmothers suffer from osteoporosis, and it's something I care deeply about. I created these simple, low-impact exercises to help build bone density and strength. It’s about making daily movements easier and safer, and I believe these routines can make a real difference.
