About this collection
We limit our batches to 8-12 participants, so you get actual attention on your form rather than just getting lost in a crowd. Whether we’re doing aerobic steppers or core work, I’m watching your alignment to make sure you’re building strength that lasts, not just burning calories for the day.
Why Group Classes Work

What You Will Actually Do
Our group sessions are designed for real-world functionality. We use the 3x3x3 method—three moves, three rounds—to keep you focused and challenged without being overwhelmed. We don't do high-impact jumping because your joints have enough stress in daily life. Instead, we use:
- Low-impact Aerobics: Using steppers and retro-inspired movement to get your heart rate up safely.
- Core-focused Mat Work: Using softballs, resistance bands, and light dumbbells to build lean muscle.
- Mobility Drills: Incorporating yoga wheels and blocks to ensure your spine stays healthy and flexible.
The Community Difference
This isn't a gym where you put on headphones and ignore everyone. We celebrate small wins, like mastering a new flow or completing a core set. Whether you are a beginner or a regular, our batch sizes are capped to ensure that I can correct your form personally, reducing the risk of injury and ensuring you get the most out of every 60-minute session.
