I connect modern fitness with traditional Indian wisdom through my Desi Yoga series. These asanas are inspired by daily household chores our ancestors performed, providing a natural and effective way to build a strong spine, improve hip mobility, and trim the waistline.

Mobility & Vinyasa Flow

This is where we build calm and flexibility, breath by breath. My Vinyasa sequences and mobility drills are designed to improve your range of motion, release tension in your joints, and create a fluid, strong spine. We focus on mindful movement, not just chasing extreme flexibility.
