Build core strength, improve flexibility, and find your balance with our prop-based Mat Pilates flow.

The magic circle is a fantastic prop for adding resistance and deepening engagement in mat Pilates. In this class, our members are using it to challenge their stability and strength during lunges and other standing exercises.

Our mat Pilates classes are anything but boring. This video shows a dynamic session incorporating the magic circle for ab work, dumbbells for tabletop bridge poses, and the stability ball for challenging side crunches and leg lifts.

Sweat, smile, and repeat. This clip captures the energy of a group mat class moving through a flow of planks, downward dogs, and side planks. It's a great example of how we build heat and strength using just our bodies.

This mat Pilates session was full of focus and fire. Our clients are seen here working on deep squats with resistance bands, back extension exercises, and challenging abdominal work using bands and yoga blocks for added intensity.

We love incorporating props to challenge the core in new ways. This class is using a weighted bar with resistance tubes and a foam roller for a series of difficult abdominal exercises, including leg lifts and planks.

Experience Yogalates, our unique class that blends the core principles of Pilates with the mindful flow of yoga. Here, clients use the magic circle as a prop to assist with balance, stretching, and advanced poses, creating a holistic mind body workout.

Core stability is about learning to stay strong in unstable situations. This class uses large stability balls to challenge balance during shoulder presses, planks, and pikes, forcing the deep core muscles to fire and stabilize the body.

This core stability workout is designed to build a powerful center. Clients use dumbbells while seated on stability balls for an upper body challenge and perform various plank and pike exercises with their feet on the ball to increase the intensity.

When you learn to tune out distractions, you can focus on what's truly important: your strength. This core blaster workout shows our members using stability balls and dumbbells for a range of intense abdominal exercises on the mat.

This core blaster session really lived up to its name. The class moves through a sequence of challenging mat exercises including planks, medicine ball sit ups, reverse crunches, and boat pose holds to completely fatigue the abdominal muscles.

About Dynamic Mat Pilates

Our mat sessions focus on technique and form, keeping batches small—between 8 to 15 people—so you get actual corrections rather than just following along. We use props like magic circles, resistance bands, and stability balls to make every movement count, ensuring you build functional strength safely while correcting your posture.
