Our workouts use a variety of tools to build well-rounded strength. This compilation shows members performing kettlebell Turkish get-ups for stability, and heavy dumbbell farmer's carries for grip and core strength.

The single-arm reverse lunge with an overhead kettlebell is a complex movement that challenges everything at once. It builds unilateral leg strength, shoulder stability, and core control, improving balance and coordination.

The deadlift is a foundational strength movement. Here you see members of all different strength levels lifting heavy, from 165 lbs to 405 lbs. We ensure everyone lifts with proper form to safely build a stronger back, legs, and core.

Our Methodology: Form First

My coaching approach is rooted in technique. In my experience with athletes, form is the only thing that separates progress from injury. Whether we are doing a single-arm reverse lunge or a heavy barbell deadlift, we obsess over the details. I will often be heard telling members to "Pakad ke rakhiye position" (hold the position). This cue is not just about the current rep. It is about building the muscle memory required for safe, efficient movement.
