Functional Strength Training & Conditioning
Build real strength that helps in your daily life. No boring, cookie-cutter routines here—just effective, science-backed moves tailored to what your body actually needs.
This is me practicing my deadlifts. It's a fundamental movement for building overall strength, especially in your back and legs. I focus on proper form to build functional strength that helps you lift things safely and effectively in everyday life, not just in the gym.
I'm starting my own 3 month transformation challenge, and I'm taking you along for the ride. This is about more than just looks; it's about building strength, trying new exercises like kettlebell swings and dumbbell presses, and staying consistent with a balanced diet plan.
Here's a dumbbell workout focusing on building strength and endurance. The key is to give 100 percent to the process, focusing on each repetition with good form. When you trust the process, the results will follow.
A glimpse into my back day workout, using the cable machine for a controlled pull movement. A strong back is crucial for good posture and overall strength. I can create a full back workout plan tailored just for you.
A quick look at some of my go to strength training exercises. This sequence includes goblet squats for lower body strength, planks for core stability, lunges for balance, and dumbbell presses for upper body power. These are the building blocks of a strong, functional body.
About Strength & Conditioning
Strength training is not just about heavy lifting; it is about movement quality. Whether you are mastering your first deadlift or perfecting your squat form, I focus on the biomechanics so you build functional power safely. We will skip the generic gym charts and create a plan based on what your body actually needs to move better, lift safely, and feel truly capable in your daily life.
My Approach to Strength
Fitness isn't one-size-fits-all. Like I always say, Jo body ki zarurat hai, wahi asli fitness hai (Whatever your body needs, that is your real fitness). In our sessions, we move beyond just moving weights. I break down the science of muscle function so you understand why we are doing a specific movement.
What We Focus On
- Functional Movement: We train for life. Think squats, deadlifts, and presses that translate into better posture and injury prevention.
- Form Correction: I watch you like a hawk. Real-time supervision is key to ensuring your biomechanics are correct, especially with heavy compound lifts.
- The 'Desi' Balance: I help with basic structuring of Indian meals with macro suggestions. Yes, that includes fitting in your carbs—I am human too and love munching on them after a workout.
The Reality
Some days you will feel unstoppable, and some days will be full-on dukh, dard, peeda (pain and suffering). That is part of the process. My job is to keep you motivated through the tough bits and celebrate the wins when you finally hit that PR. We train at partner facilities in Greater Noida and Noida, utilizing standard commercial gear to keep things consistent. Whether you are a beginner looking to understand the basics or someone looking to refine their lifting technique, let's get to work.
