About
Athletics mera junoon hai (Athletics is my obsession). As an ex-Army man and national medalist, I bring discipline and a no-nonsense attitude to every training session. My simple funda: "Jo ho nahi sakta, wahi to karna hai" (The impossible is what we have to do). I don't believe in luck. Running a marathon is a science, and I've built a system that’s more than just putting in miles.
My Training Method
- Personalized marathon training plan for everyone, whether you're a total newbie or chasing your next personal best.
- We train on both track and road. Expect interval sessions on synthetic tracks and real-world long runs to get you race ready.
- Strength and conditioning for runners is a big part of my approach. Group drills, squats, and dynamic stretches to keep you powerful and injury-free.
Technique & Practice Matter
- Saara khel practice ka hai. (It's all about practice.)
- We work on running form correction, stride length, and knee drive with hurdle drills.
- Resistance harnesses for explosive power, agility drills with cones for better coordination.

- Beginners aiming for their first half-marathon.
