Beginner Fitness & Foundation
Schedule & Location
- 3 sessions per week (alternate days or weekends)
- 60 to 75 minute duration per session
- Training at Ramjas Sports Complex or JLN Stadium (entry fees separate)
Training Focus
- Visual form correction to fix posture
- Basic ABC drills for running mechanics
- Agility work using marker cones
- Bodyweight strength exercises (squats, lunges, pushups)

Half & Full Marathon Prep
Core Training
- 5 to 6 days per week frequency
- Sunday long road runs (10km to 30km)
- 2 days of speed intervals on synthetic or dirt tracks
- Hill or incline training sessions
Strength & Technique
- Mini hurdle drills for stride opening
- Resistance band harness workouts for power
- Pacing support during long runs

About Marathon & Long-Distance Running Coaching
Athletics mera junoon hai (Athletics is my obsession). As an ex-Army man and national medalist, I bring discipline and a no-nonsense attitude to every training session. My simple funda: "Jo ho nahi sakta, wahi to karna hai" (The impossible is what we have to do). I don't believe in luck. Running a marathon is a science, and I've built a system that’s more than just putting in miles.
My Training Method
- Personalized marathon training plan for everyone, whether you're a total newbie or chasing your next personal best.
- We train on both track and road. Expect interval sessions on synthetic tracks and real-world long runs to get you race ready.
- Strength and conditioning for runners is a big part of my approach. Group drills, squats, and dynamic stretches to keep you powerful and injury-free.
Technique & Practice Matter
- Saara khel practice ka hai. (It's all about practice.)
- We work on running form correction, stride length, and knee drive with hurdle drills.
- Resistance harnesses for explosive power, agility drills with cones for better coordination.

My Story
Naam Arun Kumar hai, but everyone calls me Arun sir. Army ka discipline, athletics ka junoon (passion) - that’s my life. National Medalist bana, not by chance, but by doing the same thing again and again. Greatness comes from practice, not shortcuts. M.P.Ed kiya Delhi University se, science samajhne ke liye. Ab students ko wahi josh sikhaata hoon. Jo impossible lagta hai, wahi karna hai. Podium pe students ko dekh ke, bas dil khush ho jata hai.
My Work
All Athletics Training - I coach sprints, long-distance, hurdles, jumps, shot put, marathon preparation, and Army physical exam training.
Discipline & Practice - Training is fauji-level tough. Practice, practice, practice. You want results, you have to show dedication.
Who Can Join - Young kids, serious athletes, anyone ready to work hard. Age nahi, attitude matter karta hai.
