This isn't a copy-paste routine. My program requires a mix of 3 run sessions and 3 strength workouts weekly to build your engine. If you want to improve your pace without picking up an injury, this balance is exactly how we get you there.

We combine speed, tempo, and long runs with specific strength training designed to reinforce your joints and stability. Whether you are aiming for your first 10K or chasing a personal best in a half marathon like the VDHM, we ensure you have a plan that peaks exactly when you reach the start line.
How The Accelerator Works
- Weekly Structure: You get a structured 9-week plan for 10K or a 16-week plan for the 21K. We mix 3 run sessions (speed, tempo, long) with 3 strength and conditioning workouts.
- Personal Feedback: This is not a PDF you download and forget. You get direct access to me for form checks, pace adjustments, and shoe advice. We use WhatsApp to keep the accountability high.
- Community Support: You are never training in a vacuum. We host weekend community runs in Delhi NCR, allowing you to train with the crew, push your limits, and share that race-day energy.
- Indoor & Outdoor: Bad weather or busy schedule? We provide modifications for treadmill training so you never miss a beat.
