We push beyond the daily CrossFit grind because routine kills progress. Our specialty workshops give you a chance to break plateaus and actually master a movement. If you’re stuck or just want to level up, these are for you. All we ask is for a few hours of your time, and you get skills that last.

What’s On Offer

  • Olympic Weightlifting Seminar
    Weekend deep-dives on Snatch and Clean & Jerk. We start bilkul basic se (from the absolute basics), working mobility and form with PVC pipes before touching the barbell. It's all about building technique, not just lifting heavier for the sake of it.

  • Personal Skill Development Session
    For those nagging movements - muscle-ups, handstand push-ups, pull-ups, squat depth, whatever you want. These one-on-one sessions are totally tailored. To KILL a SKILL, you gotta KILL the DRILLS. Expect a clear plan and personal guidance.

  • Competition Preparation Camp
    If you’re signing up for Hyrox or any event, these camps help you prep with actual sleds, sandbags, and rowers. We break down movements and game-day strategies so you feel sorted when the buzzer hits.

My Story
