Session Specifics
- Format: Group class for mixed genders (ages 8 to 14).
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
- Venue: Open air outdoor basketball court in Noida Sector 50.
- Frequency: 4 to 8 sessions per month (weekend focus).
Athletic Focus
- Mobility: Hip and hamstring opening exercises to improve running and defensive stance.
- Stability: Balance work like Tree Pose and Warrior variations for jump shot stability.
- Conditioning: Core strengthening and basic stretching for muscle recovery.
- Mental: Basic mindfulness and breathing exercises for focus.
Coaching & Requirements
- Instructor: Specialized visiting yoga coach supervised by Head Coach Gagan.
- Mandatory: Students must bring their own yoga mat and water bottle.
- Facilities: Basic school level amenities with no air conditioning.

Why We Do Yoga at DBA
Ball is life for us, but there's more to becoming a champion than just drills and points. At Dream Basketball Academy, I look at every kid as a person first, athlete second. We bring yoga onto the court because, apne tareeke se (our own way), we want our players to have every possible tool, not just the usual stuff.
How We Run Our Sessions
Our yoga doesn't happen in a silent studio. It's out on the basketball court, under the sky, with all our boys and girls from the team. The vibe? Lively, positive, and full of laughs. A dedicated yoga coach leads, working along with our basketball trainers. Everyone gets involved, no one feels left out.

My Story
I’m Coach Gagan, and honestly, ball is life for me. Started DBA with one rule: Dare to Dream. On my court, you’ll hear me shouting, pushing, cheering – 'Good try!', 'Change fast!'. I’m not chasing what others do, bas apne tareeke se kaam karta hoon (just doing things my way). My real win? When my students grab gold medals or state team spots. That’s what makes all the hard work worth it.

Online & Group Coaching - Online basketball coaching and group basketball workouts for those who want team vibes or can't join in person.
All Age Groups Welcome - Beginners to seniors, anyone with passion can join – if you dream big, I’ll coach you.
DBA Community - Morning/evening batches, individual or group training, events and competitions – we’re building a real DBA family.
