About Gymnastics for Kids & Toddlers
We keep our batches small, with 10 to 15 students maximum. This allows me to give personal attention to every child, ensuring they learn the correct form for splits, backbends, and core holds while staying safe on our 25mm high-density puzzle mats.
My coaching philosophy is simple. We do not just do stunts. We build the foundation of a healthy athlete. Every session, whether for a toddler learning basic coordination or a student preparing for CBSE Nationals, follows a structured approach. We combine Hatha Yoga principles with gymnastic conditioning to improve balance and discipline.
Safety and Expertise
Safety is non-negotiable. I use 25mm high-density EVA mats and spotters for every advanced drill. You will find us in Sector 16, Faridabad, where I personally supervise the batch. We also run open-air sessions at Sector 88 for a change of pace. I am an NIS qualified coach with an A-Grade certification from the Sports Authority of India, and I ensure every movement is taught with proper technique.
