I make fitness fun and build champions from a young age. My classes focus on developing flexibility, strength, and discipline in a safe, encouraging environment, from toddlers learning basic movements to kids mastering advanced gymnastic routines.

Strength & Yoga for Adults

My adult sessions are more than just yoga poses. We integrate strength training exercises like squats, planks, and medicine ball drills to build real-world stamina and functional fitness.

Group & Corporate Wellness

I design and lead high-energy wellness sessions for large groups and corporate teams. My experience includes training high-performance groups like IPS officers, focusing on building team morale, focus, and physical fitness.

Achievements & Recognition

I am an NIS Qualified Coach with an 'A' Grade from the Sports Authority of India, and my academy has been recognized with excellence awards. My students are my pride, regularly winning medals and championships.
