About Strength & Yoga for Adults
I don't believe in just holding yoga poses. My adult sessions are a serious mix of Power Yoga flow and bodyweight calisthenics like squats, planks, and lunges. We train on specialized gymnastic-grade flooring, which provides the impact cushioning you need to protect your knees and ankles while you build real-world stamina.
This isn't your typical slow-paced yoga class. I am an NIS-certified coach (Sports Authority of India, 'A' Grade), and my goal is to get you stronger, not just more flexible. We integrate functional movements into the practice to ensure you get a full-body workout that actually carries over to your daily life.
Why This Method Works
- Joint-Friendly Flooring: Standard gym mats aren't enough when you're doing high-repetition lunges or jump squats. We use 25mm high-density puzzle mats to keep your joints safe.
- Small Batches: I cap my groups at 10-15 students. This isn't for show; it’s because I need to watch your form. If you're doing a plank wrong, you're not getting stronger, you're just risking injury. I am there to correct you, just like I do with my competitive gymnastics students.
- Hybrid Training: We combine Hatha Yoga with functional fitness. You get the benefits of deep static stretching and the muscle-building intensity of a calisthenics workout.
Where We Train
We operate at two primary locations in Faridabad:
- Sector 16: Our indoor AC hall for focused, year-round training.
- Sector 88 (Central Park, RPS Palms): Open-air park sessions for those who prefer an outdoor atmosphere.
