To master gymnastics, you need a high level of discipline and focus. I teach my students how to concentrate and persevere, skills that help them succeed in school and in life.
As my students master challenging movements and achieve new skills, their confidence and self-esteem grow. Performing in front of others helps them develop poise and self-assurance.
Our group classes and team-based training teach important lessons in teamwork and sportsmanship. Students learn to communicate, collaborate, and support their teammates.
About More Than a Sport: Life Skills
I keep my batches small, strictly between 10 to 15 students, so I can personally correct every posture and encourage every effort. This is not just about physical movement; it is about teaching your child to set a goal and work until they achieve it. Whether it is a backbend or a simple plank, they learn that hard work brings results.
Discipline Through Movement
When children learn gymnastics, they are not just developing strong muscles. They are learning how to listen, how to follow instructions, and how to stay patient while mastering a complex routine. In my Sector 16 and Sector 88 facilities, we use this to teach life skills.
We train students for SGFI gymnastics coaching and CBSE Nationals, but the process is the same for everyone. A student might fail to stick a landing ten times, but on the eleventh try, they succeed. That small win builds a massive amount of self-esteem that follows them into their classrooms and beyond.
Why Our Approach is Different
- NIS-Certified Guidance: Every drill is supervised by an 'A' Grade coach from the Sports Authority of India. We prioritize safety and proper technique above everything else.
- Modern Facilities: We use high-density EVA interlocking puzzle mats for impact cushioning. If your child is trying a new flip, they have the right surface to land on.
- Consistency: We operate with a 'practice mood' philosophy. By showing up, following a warm-up, and executing drills in a structured way, students learn the value of a daily routine.
Common Questions
Does my child need prior experience? No. We work with everyone, from toddlers learning basic coordination to older students training for competitive gymnastics. We adapt the intensity to the individual.
Where are the classes located? We have two centers in Faridabad. Our main academy is in Sector 16, and we also conduct sessions at Central Park, RPS Palms, in Sector 88.
How does this help with academics? Physical activity creates a focused mind. The discipline required to perfect a gymnastics routine directly improves a child's ability to concentrate on studies.
