Technical Boxing (45-50 Mins)

- Fight Strategy: Instruction on ring craft, creating angles, and counter-punching tactics tailored to individual reach and style.
Conditioning & Strength (15-20 Mins)
- Fighter Circuits: Customized drills combining plyometrics (box jumps), explosive power (kettlebells), and weighted core exercises.
- Recovery & Prep: PNF assisted stretching for shoulder and hip mobility, plus detailed instruction on hand wrapping techniques for knuckle protection.
Consultative Support
- Nutrition: Guidance on fueling for performance and specific recovery supplement strategy tailored to weight goals.
Group Boxing & Functional Circuit
Class Structure (60 Mins)
- Warmups: Collective skipping rope drills (10-15 mins) and dynamic mobility flows to elevate heart rate.
- Station Rotation: Circuit training switching between heavy bag stations for power punches and shadow boxing zones for footwork.
- Partner Drills: Glove-to-glove exercises focusing on distance management, shoulder taps, and blocking without full contact sparring.
Athletic Conditioning
- CrossFit-Style Finishers: End-of-session challenges involving high-rep bodyweight exercises (burpees, squats, pushups) and functional lifts (deadlifts, swings).
- Core Work: Group plank holds and leg raise variations designed to build abdominal strength.

Boxing for me is more than throwing punches—it's how I live. If you're expecting just cardio and sweating, that's not my style. I want you to get the real deal: understanding each move, why you're doing it, and how it all fits together. Kabhi din kharab bhi hoga, but we keep showing up. Asli game toh consistency hai (The real game is consistency).
The Boxer's Toolkit
- Technique rules everything. We start with footwork, learning boxing footwork drills to truly move around the ring. No shortcuts—each step matters.
- Punching mechanics are a science. We break down every jab, hook, and uppercut, teaching you to generate force from your feet, through your body, to your fist.
- Defense is not just about blocking. We work on head movement, slips, weaves, and core strength so you’re ready for anything.
- Shadow boxing—yeh toh roz ka kaam hai (this is a daily must). It’s how you sharpen both mind and body.
Building Your Engine
I push you with pro-level boxing conditioning. We mix in CrossFit, boxing drills, and functional strength for boxing. The goal: stamina to last rounds, explosive power, and grit.
Getting You Ring-Ready
We cover ring craft strategy, prepping you for the real fight. Controlled live sparring happens when you’re ready—no pressure, but it’s the best teacher.
The Details
Hand wrapping, flexibility, and recovery routines are part of every session. Choti cheezein (small things) matter in boxing.

My Story
Namaste dosto, Kamal Singh bol raha hoon, asli Delhi wala. Boxing mere liye sirf sport nahi hai, pura jeevan hai. Roz subah andhera, akela gym, discipline hi sab kuch. Zindagi ne bohot punches maare, jaundice, typhoid, Tanzania mein fight haari, par himmat nahi hari. Kabhi body weak, par dimaag strong. Ladna padta hai, har din, har haal mein. Main yahi dikhana chahta hoon - asli grind, asli pain, asli khushi jab kabhi haar ke baad phir khade hote hain.

Technique Matters - Form galat toh injury pakki. Main sahi tareeke se sikhata hoon, hypertrophy vs strength bhi samjhata hoon.
