Stop just sweating. Start boxing. I teach you the technical foundation—footwork, guard, and mechanics—to build a real fighter's engine, not just burn calories.

Working the heavy bag is essential for developing power and technique. Here, I'm focusing on putting combinations together while maintaining proper form and footwork. Every punch has a purpose.

This is a session on the slip bag, which is perfect for improving head movement, accuracy, and timing. The goal is to slip the bag and counter with sharp punches, training your defensive reflexes to be automatic.

Back on the heavy bag after some time off. The feeling of landing clean punches is something else. This session was about getting the rhythm back and shaking off the rust. Bohot dino baad, finally.

Footwork is everything. You can't box with just your hands. Here I'm working on moving around the ring, maintaining my stance, and creating angles. The goal is to move like a butterfly, sting like a bee.

Defense is just as important as offense. While throwing a punch, the other hand must always stay on the chin to protect yourself. Here I demonstrate maintaining a solid guard while throwing a left hook and a jab on the heavy bag.

A quick look at some shadow boxing drills. This is where I refine my movements, practice my combinations, and work on my defensive slips and weaves without any equipment. It's pure technique.

Some days are tougher than others, but we keep fighting. This session includes shadow boxing, handstand practice for balance and shoulder strength, and medicine ball throws for rotational power. Dekhna, ek din sab sahi ho jayega.

Boxing is called the loneliest sport for a reason. When you are in the gym, it's just you, your thoughts, and the work you need to put in. This is a quiet moment of shadow boxing, focusing on form.

When you're a boxer, the urge to shadow box can strike anywhere, even in the mountains. It's a part of you. Boxers will understand this feeling.

A typical training day involves a mix of boxing and conditioning. Here you can see me working on the heavy bag to sharpen my punches, followed by some plate rotations to build core and shoulder stability.

About The Boxer's Toolkit: Drills & Techniques

Before you throw your first heavy hook, we fix your stance. Most people get tired fast because they waste energy with sloppy footwork. My sessions start with pendulum drills, getting you to move on the balls of your feet, keeping your weight balanced, and ensuring your chin is tucked behind your lead shoulder. If your feet are not right, the power never reaches your fist.

In the ring, your hands get all the attention, but your legs carry the load. That is why our training at BoxCrossFit starts from the ground up. Whether we are doing heavy bag drills or shadow boxing, we do not just punch the air. Every movement is a lesson in biomechanics.

Shadow Boxing

This is where you fix your errors. I watch your rotation, your guard height, and your balance points. We do not just sweat here; we study. This is the time to practice your slips and weaves without the pressure of an opponent.

Heavy Bag Work

This is for power and rhythm. I focus on kinetic chaining, using your legs and core to transfer force into the bag, not just pushing with your triceps. We work on maintaining your guard even when you are throwing combinations.

Defensive Fundamentals

Defense is active, not passive. When you learn to control distance and create angles, you control the fight. We practice head movement, parrying, and maintaining your guard height during exchanges.

The Real Grind

I have lived this, from training in Delhi to fights in Tanzania. I know the difference between gym fitness and ring fitness. We will track your progress, fix your form, and ensure you develop the endurance to go the full distance. No shortcuts, just hard work.
