Boxing is more than just throwing punches. It is discipline, early mornings, and constant improvement. This is my life, my gym routine, and the reality of staying ring-ready in Delhi.

The weight cut is one of the toughest parts of preparing for a fight. Staying hydrated while shedding the last few kilos requires discipline and mental toughness. The urge to drink is real.

A moment of pause during a tough weight cut session. The gym is my second home, the place where the hard work happens.

Welcome to the first episode of my series, 'Life as a Boxer'. A boxer's day starts before the sun rises. It's a life of discipline and passion. This is just a glimpse into my journey.

This was my first day back in the gym after being out for over a month with jaundice and typhoid. The comeback is always hard. My body was weak, but my spirit was willing. This is where the real fight begins.

I lost 2 kgs in 12 days. This video documents a light training day during my weight loss journey, focusing on mobility, accuracy drills, and complex movements like the Devil's Press to maximize calorie burn.

The scale showed I was overweight, so it was time to get serious. I'm sharing my daily workout routine to help you on your own weight loss journey. This session included dynamic warm-ups, sprints, bag work, and conditioning circuits.

POV: You have a dream. Don't get distracted by anything. Stay focused on your goal and keep putting in the work, even when it's hard. The dream is worth the grind.

The struggle of cutting weight is real. It's a constant battle of discipline. Here I am working on the bag, sweating it out to make my fight weight. Weight loss karna bhi ek samasya hai.

Everyone wants a secret to cardio and endurance. Let me tell you the secret. There is no secret. You just have to do the hard work. Mehnat kar lo.

Patience is the key. In boxing and in life, you have to trust the process, keep working hard, and wait for your moment. Dhairya rakhiye.

About Life as a Boxer: The Grind & The Glory

Boxing training is not just about the hour you spend hitting the bag. It is the mobility work you do before and the recovery you prioritize after. Whether I am cutting weight for a fight or just grinding through a daily circuit, the focus remains on consistent technique and functional strength that carries over into real life, not just how you look in the mirror.
